I have a management consulting practice and I created a new program called Fulfilling Strategy which helps organizations fulfill strategic objectives. I created this new program from my experience and research but I don’t have any examples yet of full implementation that I can refer to in a case study. And of course, everyone asks if I have a case study so I’m not as aggressively promoting my program.

I can find existing clients implement this for free, but I don’t want to wait until those results are in. I know my program will change lives.

My question is what other ways have you seen to fill the proof of concept objection on a brand new program? Thank you!!
