I want to coach clients on how to get a promotion. In my marketing material, I am concerned that my promise is too much. Offering a fast-track way to get promoted. I worry that the client may be turned by down their boss after I help coach them to give them courage to ask.
Brooke says your offer must be their dream come true. Is this still the case for when the outcome of their dream is in someone else hands (the boss)?
