Buffering with Busyness


Hi! Major breakthrough moment when I was listening to the recent Diamond call and a caller said she was buffering with busyness. Just a couple of weeks prior I mentioned to a friend that I loved staying busy b/c when my schedule is packed and I’m rushing around every minute of the day I don’t feel or notice my anxiety. I thought I had beat the system though, b/c it seemed like a fair trade off. I am really scared of my anxiety, it’s uncomfortable and I’ve even had a couple of panic attacks awhile back. So my question is….now what? How do I fix this? Do I need to? Thank you! I love scholars!
