Is creating more evidence for your thought a result or does it actually go in the A line? If you are finding ways to prove your thought true… is it an action? For example, c- sister said words, t- she’s wrong, f- frustrated, a- snap at loved ones, think about it over and over, look for evidence that she’s wrong, r- find/create evidence that she is wrong?
