Hi coaches, I’ve had some ongoing health issues over the past few months. My son also has a health condition. In my thoughtwork I have identified a lot of thoughts that make it feel worse. But after I strip these away, the circumstance of illness still feels intrinsically negative. Pain seems negative. Not participating in activities we would if healthy seems negative. Can you give me some guidance on where to go when the C doesn’t feel neutral. I’ve tried “I’m ill right now and that’s OK”. But it’s not believable yet because it doesn’t feel ok. Thank you.
