Quitting on me

I want to stop quitting on me. Stop quitting my protocol, my exercise, calendar, etc. I quit on me every day. How do I stop this pattern?
For the most part, I am aware that I am choosing to quit, but I don’t feel I can stop. I don’t achieve my goals because of this.
I want to get to the next level. Please help me to get out of this vicious cycle.
