Hi Brooke! This new class #lose8inJune is amazing! I remember when you filmed a vlog (early Scholar’s) showing the way you ate and talking about your personal experience doing no sugar/no flour in weight loss mode. It was so fun. Might you consider doing something similar for all of us working this program? On another note; I munched blueberries for my ‘late nite snack’ instead of my usual nuts, chocolate covered raisins, or a sweet treat last night and felt so committed and strong because I thought “I want to wake up so proud of myself.” I did!
