Are corn tortilla chips and Triscuits on protocol?

I know that flours made from any material are unnaturally condensed foods that confuse the body and contribute to weight gain. On the food protocol you recommend, corn and shredded wheat are listed as allowed veggies and optional grains respectively. I have found corn tortilla chips where the only ingredients listed are corn, vegetable oil and salt; and Triscuits are made of whole grain wheat, canola oil and sea salt. Do you consider them on protocol foods? I know for me, I was able to continue losing weight while eating them. But as a newly certified weight loss coach, I’d really appreciate being able to provide an answer to clients based on the research and education that helped you put together the protocol. Thank you so much!
