I subscribed to Trifecta to keep my calories under control. I ordered 3 meals a day to keep my calories under control. I feel like I won’t do this right if I don’t eat only twice a day. I also worry its not enough calories twice a day. How many calories is Brooke eating if she only eats vegetables, protein twice a day and then wouldn’t I get hungry and how do I deal with the hunger. I also don’t really know how to approach or do this program that I am paying for. I feel like I am floundering.
