Earlier dinner instead of missing breakfast?


I am an early to bed, early to rise person. I wake up between 4-5 and go to bed between 8-9. I have found breakfast between 10-11 am and dinner between 4-6 pm seems to work best for me. That has me fasting from 6 pm to 10 am every day. Is there a reason waiting to eat until noon would be better? I am just curious. Thank you so much!
