Hi All
Just wanted to follow up and say I added more food to my protocol (I was so weak to the point of slumping in my chair) and I am doing fine. I also have added a small snack (cheese and ham) before I walk 5 miles 3 x a week in the morning and it’s just perfect. I love not feeling guilty about my food eating, I love really appreciating my food and eating so healthy. I love watching myself have urges, realize what I’m trying to avoid and walking away. For me the Intermittent fasting really helps just keep food from being an option to buffer. It is bringing my issues to the front and I am grateful. I am retired so I have the time to process things and learn. Thank you Brooke, everything just rings so true to me. So grateful to be in scholars.
