Hi Brooke,
It’s my birthday weekend coming up (yahoo!) and me and my fiance are heading off for a weekend away together. I am trying to figure out how to incorporate this model while also not being overly restricted for the weekend (especially when my fiance does not like to avoid sugar/flour from his diet). I know that planning my meals is key, but even if I plan, I will undoubtedly have some wine/birthday cake and pizza over the weekend. Any thoughts on how to juggle this while staying on course?
