Hi Brooke, 2 questions:

1 – I have a similar protocol to you and was wondering if ranch dressing is ok to eat? I cannot find one without sugar so I am wondering if it doesn’t exist?

2- Is it normal to have different bowel movements whilst beginning eating this way? My stomach seems a bit upset, I don’t feel ill but wondering if this is normal as I seem to be the only member of my family eating this way and having this issue. Is it simply my body adjusting?
