When I’m really stressed, I am not hungry so I don’t eat. So when lunch or dinner comes around, I usually won’t eat if I’m not hungry. When I try to force myself to eat, some of my thoughts are ‘Just eat a snack later’ or ‘I wish I felt hungry’. I want to be open and allow time for myself to be stressed but I can’t get myself to eat when I have this feeling. How can I learn to eat lunch or dinner when I’m not hungry and I’m stressed?
