Resistance to food planning and the model

Last night, I was surprised and how much anger and frustration came up for me when I planned my food. Will you let me know if I am not the right track with my models?
Unintentional Model:
C=planning my food
T=I don’t want to plan!
A=Struggle with food planning but do it anyway
R=Dread the next food planning session

Intentional Model
C=planning my food
T=This is a way I can take care of myself
A=Plan my food more quickly and with more peace
R=Begin to make the planning a habit, maybe even enjoy it as a self care method
