Thanks so much for making this program for us! It’s much needed.
I know you often speak of creating a vision of our future self and to start living from that place.
Once I create my own vision for how losing the 8 lbs. will impact my life, how do I keep this vision alive to start to move into that direction? I’ve been working on this with my finances, creating a vision of what my life would look like when I get where I want to be and I read through that written version every morning.
What other specific things could I do to re-program my brain with these new beliefs?
