100 urges while quitting overeating and overdrinking


Hi! I’ve decided I want to tackle my desire to overeat and overdrink at the same time and go all in. I like the idea of getting to 100 unanswered urges. My question is, if I do both programs at the same time, should I record 100 unanswered urges to drink and 100 unanswered urges to eat separately, or should I record all my urges together and aim for 100 total urges (whether for alcohol or food)?

Do I plan my eating protocol 24 hours in advance together with my drinking plan?
