100 urges worksheet for productivity?

This morning as I was working on my daily work for September’s goal, I had the urge to get up and do a quick to-do for the household (which wasn’t even something that was my responsibility), and I noticed it and interrupted the urge. Do you think using the 100 urges sheet you give us in Stop Overeating could be useful this month for distraction urges?
