I’m wondering if it’s possible to feel 2 contradictory emotions (based on 2 different thoughts) at the same time.
1.T – My Anglaisance podcast is gaining momentum and I’m having a lot of fun.
E – pleased with myself and my work
2. T – I’m letting my old self go.
E – sad
What do you think?
I wish I were not so attached to that past self and just enjoyed the present.
