20lbs From Goal

I have lost 55lbs of a 75lb goal, but haven’t lost any weight for the past 2 months. After following my protocol for more than a year I’m struggling to follow it “100%” and instead am following it “mostly” – and while that seems to be working for maintenance, it isn’t going to cut it to lose the rest. I keep thinking that I want to be done. I want to focus on other things. The protocol is not the problem, it is my thinking. I don’t want to quit here. I want to see what I look like at my midrange BMI goal. The idea that the last 20 lbs are hard is not helping. I’ve been trying the thought “what if it wasn’t hard to lose the last 20lbs”. That is better but not getting the level of enthusiasm/commitment I had when I was losing.
