Moving from one thought to a better one


Hi Brooke:

I need some input. What is an example of a thought that would help me move from “Being Content” (no future anticipation), to “Happy” (wanting a full life).

In 2008 and 2012, I had 2 nervous breakdowns, and since then, I’ve learned to live by “Being Content”. But I want an “amazing life”. So, how do I do the bridge from moving from “Being Content” to “Happy”, in a first stage?
Then, eventually moving to “Amazing Life”…
