Is it possible to take a thought like “I can’t sleep” and then look for “there’s something wrong with me” and end up building it up even more. Sometimes I can’t sleep when I’m really dehydrated- a left over from breastfeeding days- and rather than getting all worked up about it and CREATING THOUGHTS I just need to drink a litre of water and go back to bed. Is the model useful here if I just end up looking for thoughts to put in it? Thanks
