I did 5 weeks of weight loss and no overeating. Then I had 3 days after a stressful trip where I just fell back into that trap. I don’t want to beat myself up about it so instead I am choosing to think that even skinny people overeat sometimes. I know it’s usually just a meal or two not 3 whole days, Is it okay to think overeating is a normal part of life, instead of beating myself up about it?
