Is that raw or cooked weight? And when you say 3TBLs added fat does that include any fat to cook the protein? I am breastfeeding and am wondering if I should increase protein a little for milk production? If I ask my doctor about this protocol he’ll say don’t fast and don’t ‘restrict’ food but he is not educated about fasting or being fat adapted so I don’t trust his nutritional advice. He once told me to ‘go eat a doughnut’ if I was worried my milk supply was low. A calorie is a calorie he said, which obviously isn’t true.
