52 punds down 23.4 to go!

Hello Ladies,
I’m a 35-year old that started her weight loss journey last December but oly joined SCS this past June. I am positively impressed with the changes my body is experiencing, despite the hanging bingo wings! All is good; however, I have realised the last few weeks I have been mentally stuck on the 157 pounds mark (my goal is 132). I think I am becoming complacent and I have had more planned, and unplanned joy eats (overeats) than I should. I am sure I am missing some more models to manage my mind but wanted to ask which of the other tools would you recommend specifically for this kind of self-sabotage?
