6 weeks no sugar/flour

Hi Brooke!
I’ve tried a few times to complete the 6 weeks no sugar/flour (I already fast in the morning). I’m mostly off sugar and flour (like 90%) but find it most difficult when I seem to not yet know a better coping tool (like when all 3 kids are melting down). So if I am not at the point where I am able to reach 6 weeks (and as I work through the thoughts preventing me), should I just work on the 100 urges and the other overdrinking quick start tools?
