Hi Brooke –

I am in my 20’s and am finding the intermittent fasting and no sugar/flour is working great! However, my mom and I are trying to loose weight together and she is currently going through pre-menopause and is not losing anything while i have already lost 8lbs in the same amount of time.

She is eating basically all chicken and salad no cheating at all which seems even healthier than what i am doing!! Is there something else she can adjust or do to help regulate her hormones while she is going through these changes?
