I wonder if you could share when you hired Frank Kern, what was your state of mind in terms of approaching the relationship you are about to develop. I think as clients we have this sense of entitlement that if we pay good money, that coach better deliver. We normally don’t stop to ask what is it that we will be giving them. What experience will they walk out with after coaching us.
So I would love to know how did you set out to see you been coached by him.
