YI just started the urge jar a week ago and found it hard to count the number of urges along the day. There were so many, some really subtle, some emergency alert, so I decided to put in the jar a bead a day for every day that I allowed all urges go unanswered.
Since I have a good 30 pounds to lose, it makes sense for me to be able to wait a hundred days for the jar to fill to also see the equivalent weight loss.
It also feels rewarding to be rewarded at the end of the day for my being able to handle unpleasant emotions.
I just wanted to check that brain science wise 🙂 I am doing it right?
