So what you are saying is that i have the option to have positive thoughts about my boyfriend but i don’t have to? Meaning it is possible for me that i can work on my thoughts about my relationship and have a no doubts about it in the future?
Sorry, i just want to understand. The answer is not concrete for me. I want to know if its ever possible to have a relationship with my boyfriend without these feelings/thoughts that hurt/disturb my relationship.
