Hi! So, I am eating a protocol of 2 meals a days. Salad + protein and fat (what Brook eats). I am a healthy eater/ marathon runner but snacking took over and I’ve gained 30 lbs.☹️Before I eat, I am quite hungry. Then I eat about 1/4th of my food and feel full. However, I feel I should eat all of my 4 oz protein plus salad bc I get very hungry in between… the fullness does not last long. I feel like I am over eating during the food eating– it has that vibe of being uncomfortable but then 2 hours later I am hungry because it was mostly vegetables. I am losing weight doing this…. but I just ate 4 oz fish and a salad and feel like I cannot fit in one more bite.
