About the model

Hi, I am new to self-coaching scholars, I’ve had a couple of coaching calls already and watched some live coaching as well. I find myself wondering if I am doing the model correctly and most of the time I feel stuck.

My question is… once I am done putting together a model for myself, do I then try to study it and see if there’s anything I need to change on it once it feels good to me? It feels like I am left with an unresolved circumstance…  I understand my result but then how do I go about turning it into a positive or finding a solution or what action I should take next?.

I am left with more feelings and emotions and even crying about the situation because I got clarity by doing the model but now how do I make a change?? I hope this makes sense.. maybe I am missing some information too that I haven’t gotten to yet.
