Hello Dear Brooke!

I am finding it difficult to stay accountable to myself with my thoughts and corresponding food choices. I am looking for a support group, coaching buddy, or regular check in with a coach as part of the work we are doing here. I am wondering if anyone else is interested or if Katrina might be willing to receive daily emails with food choices in leu of a 45 minute coaching call. I was able to stick to my protocol easily for the first 30 days and I do believe this will become routine with time. However, I have been slipping off my plan in the past month and am looking for a regular way to connect with someone else who understands the program for the next month or two. THANK YOU!
