I achieved the Impossible Goal I set for myself in Q2 as I am no longer a binge eater, which was my goal. Whist I am not rushing onto another goal, I am starting to consider what area of my life to work on next, as I think that if I can achieve this, I want to see what else I can achieve! But there are several areas of my life I would like to focus on. Are there any resources for how to pick an area to focus on? Or should I follow the same process I used for setting my Impossible Goal of ending binge eating?
