This is my first day in Scholars and my first Q to you! So excited!
I’m watching the Stop Overeating workshop and thinking about the protocol I want to create for myself. MY Q is, if I start out with all the things Brooke recommends, no sugar & flour, no wine (which I barely have anyway), & intermittent fasting, then what happens when I plateau?
Like, my thought right now is: When I plateau there will be nothing left to do or take out of this protocol.
