The buffer is real. My husband and I experienced a heavy financial loss and when we talk about it, I usually wind up drinking. I don’t get wasted, but I do get hungry. Pizza follows. I swear I used to care more about health and better habits but it seems after this year, I’ve become a bit of an over-eater for the first time ever and brought back alcohol after a long hiatus. Where do I gain ground and get myself back?
