Alcohol and WL goal

I don’t want to feel restricted when it comes to my alcohol.

I have a huge event coming up, and I decided that I want to plan my alcohol ahead of time. This is because of my WL goal, but also because I want to work on my relationship with myself and alcohol.

I’m nervous. I feel like I can’t do it. I also feel frustrated, I just want to let loose and not have to worry about my alcohol or food intake for the night and just have fun. I feel like I would be monitoring myself all night and feel restricted.

Please help!
