Hi team! I have found that when I eat a few bites off plan, I tend to think “Well, I ate off plan, so today is an “off protocol” day. Might as well take that as my chance to eat everything else in the kitchen!!”.
I’ve considered the heroin analogy from SO–I would never say “oh, I did a little heroin, might as well do a bunch more!” but for some reason that isn’t resonating with food. Any suggestions (thoughts or practical tips) for helping realign me after an off protocol decision? Thank you!
