I recently lost my job and broke up with my boyfriend. It feels like I lost everything and bring me so many worries and anxieties.

Even when I wake up, I don’t feel happy (mostly worried and sad) and I get overwhelmed with so much worries and anxieties. Those feelings block my willingness to take action, though I have to do something.

How should I deal with it? It is the main reason I joined this program but can’t find anything on the website and I am struggling.
