I’ve been feeling a lot of anxiety about my work. One of the things I’ve discovered is that I’m afraid I’m going to miss something or that there are things I’m unaware that I need to do for work. This makes me feel anxious. Here’s a model – how does my R look?

I’m a little afraid to dig into my A line because I might discover that I am missing things at work. I don’t really trust myself.
