Hi Brooke, Im so terribly Anxious about flying. I love traveling but hate flights. Any tiny bit of turbulence makes me all worked up & terrified. I can never sleep on the plane. Ive tried applying the model but having a hard time coming up with thoughts than will make me less anxious. Im making a trip in the next few days with my little one, and not looking forward to the flight. Help please! Thank you!
