How do you approach doing this work for optimal results?

How would you recommend we approach doing this work? Would you recommend we set aside time every day or a couple times a week? And how much time? I function really well with structure and would love to build taking time to go through the coursework as a new habit, but I wonder if you could suggest a way to approach it that you have seen work for your clients. I know for me, I often get very excited about doing something and make a lot of plans and get stuck on the execution piece, mostly because I overwhelm myself with too many details or make the action too time consuming and it becomes virtually impossible to complete. Any advice you could give on making success inevitable to help me make self-coaching a regular habit would be amazing. Thank you!
