I have a question about all our emotions being caused by thoughts.
What about when we exercise and endorphins change our mood?
I do understand that often our thoughts about exercising can have a positive impact on our mood, but I’m purely talking about the physiological impacts on our mood from exercising. Or the physiological impacts on our mood from eating or drinking certain foods (i.e. how sugar can make us feel agitated).
