Hi! I was wondering what the model would look like for when I am tempted to make assumptions about other people’s lack of action. For example, a close family member didn’t wish happy birthday. I don’t know what would go in the R line (or even the T line)

C: Sitting at work

T: So-and-so didn’t say happy birthday

F: Sad, down

A: Ruminate?

R?

Thanks for any help! This is a specific example but really falls into a bigger category I’m struggling with — when others don’t act in a way we wish they did.
