“Beachbody” Diet – Protocal

Hello Brooke,

After meeting with Rachael, she suggested that I ask you about using “Beachbody” as my protocol. Beachbody has an app that you can track your portions (they use colored containers for portions) as 5 servings of veggies, 1 fruit, 4 protein, 3 carbs, 1 healthy fat, 1 salad dressing/seeds. I would like to incorporate this into 3 meals a day, no snacks and of course 30 minutes of exercise. Would this work as my protocol?
