Being on Protocol within a family

Hi coaches,
I need some direction on how to stay on my protocol when I am the one that cooks for my family. I’m not sure how this is supposed to work. It would be easy if it was just me, but telling them food needs to be the same everyday and totally boring will be a hard sell. Furthermore, my family members are not overweight. I have worked very hard to never make my weight problem a topic in our lives because I never wanted my daughters growing up like I did. My mother hated her body and was always on a diet. I raised my girls without issues surrounding food and body shame. It scares me to bring this into our family now.
Don’t get me wrong, I understand your food philosophy and buy into it, I just don’t feel I need to get my family in board.
Brooke says her family eats differently from her, but does that mean she makes two different meals, or doesn’t cook for them? How does this work?
