Best way to implement thought downloads and models


As I do the thought downloads and models each day, I find my models are on different circumstances each day. This feels silly, but now into this, day 11, I am starting to feel overwhelmed trying to remember to implement changing my thoughts on the circumstances I’ve created intentional thought models for. This is especially a problem when I’ve tried numerous thought models or created models on similar topics… I feel like I am overthinking this a bit. What is a simple way to approach this? Is it just something that will come naturally. How do you do it? Is it good to keep a separate journal of intentional thoughts you want to practice? What is the best way to start taking an account of the change in results one sees as a consequence of changing one’s thoughts regularly when working on multiple life areas? Thanks!
