I am 5′ 7 1/2″, 141 pounds (down from 145 lbs).
My company is having a health challenge. They gifted us a free hydro-static body composition analysis (www.dunktruck.com) and I learned that my body fat is 28.6%. I was given a 12 week goal by the wellness coordinator of 126 lbs with a body fat of 21%.
My goal weight WAS 134 lbs before these measurements. Do you think the goal given to me is reasonable/attainable? I’ve never thought I could [healthily] get that skinny! Thought I’d see what you had to say.
