Hi, I want to focus my self coaching on getting to the point where I can love my body for how it is now. I’ve been experiencing resentment and frustration for how it is changing in the last 10 years and I need to have this changed.
I would like to ask you what resources here in Scholars could help me specifically on this so I can do some daily practices. So far, I have either 1) waited for the shift to happen or 2) repeated self-love affirmations that I don’t yet believe, or ladder thoughts which however did not make me move. Thanks for the tips.
