My boss is chronically late to scheduled meetings. It’s embarrassing to me. What bothers me most is when she’s late to our regularly scheduled video meeting (almost every time). If she isn’t late, she is probably in the car or walking to/from somewhere, or in her bathroom getting ready for her next engagement. Even though our calls are scheduled for two hours at the same time every week, her husband frequently reminds her of their dinner reservation well before the end of our scheduled call and then she’ll get up get ready for that while we’re still on a video call. I feel disrespected and taken for granted and it really annoys the hell out of me.
